Yesterday, i finished up the quilting and binding on my mother’s D9P quilt. it will be a christmas gift, one more to scratch off the list! i haven’t measured it yet, but it’s a lap quilt size. a snuggle up on the couch quilt 
it’s made with a Terrain charm pack, and the flower blocks just bring it up to size. now that it’s done, i do wish i had of sprung for 2 charm packs. i do like the flower blocks, but i feel it takes away from the D9P pattern. in my head, i’m calling this quilt “Disappearing Terrain”… because it’s a D9P made with Terrain fabrics. but i’m worried that my mom will read more into that than intended, lol.

I really like the flower blocks incorporated with your DNP. They are very pretty blocks and give something more and different to catch the eye. Your mother will love it. Well done!
